What do I need to sign up?

You will need to send email us a picture of government issued ID to prove you are 19 years of age and a Canadian Citizen. Please email us at wcesales@protonmail.com

When does my Order ships?

Your order will ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. We process orders every weekday at 3PM PST. If we receive your order and payment after 3 PM PST, your order will be shipped the following business day. Orders that are received after 3PM PST on Friday will be shipped out on Monday.

Can I add, edit or cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled or edited if it hasn’t shipped out yet. If you mess up on an order you can always cancel it by emailing us at wcesales@protonmail.com

What is your return policy?

All products are final sale. There are no returns or exchanges because of the nature of the products.

Is tax included in your prices?

Taxes are inclusive of the pricing

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will recieve an email invoice for your order

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept Interac e-Transfer through online banking. We only ship orders once the Interac e-Transfer has been received and the order processed by us.

Why aren't you accepting my E-transfer?

There could be a number of reasons why your Interac e-Transfer has not been accepted. The order number not matching with the email, sending the payment to the wrong email, setting the wrong answer to the secret question. In any case, please send us a message and we will work with you to get it sorted out.

Where do you ship your products?

We ship from Canada, British Columbia.

How do you ship your products?

All our shipping is done via Canada Post Xpress and takes between 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your door step.Shipping fees are $15 for orders $200 and under. We offer free shipping for orders over $200, after discounts.

We respect everyone’s privacy and need for discretion, so we do our best to conceal our packages while making them safe for shipment. All of our packages are vacuum sealed and or bubble wrapped in order to seal in the freshness.

My package has been shipped to the wrong place

If you’re tracking your package on the Canada Post website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error at Canada Post. Human errors happen on occasion as the postal employee has to manually enter each postal code in the system. If your tracking number is off my one letter or digit, then your package maybe delay by a day or two. This results in a rerouting delay of 1-2 days before the package is sent to the right destination.
